GRANITE CITY, IL -- At a weekend long event that hosted the Moving
Vietnam Memorial Wall, a crowd in excess of eighty gathered together in the
rain Saturday to pay tribute to Army Specialist Randy Dalton, a local Vietnam veteran killed in action whose remains returned
home forty years to the day of when he was lost in combat.
